The Saragossa Policies
Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to your arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your reserved stay.
Early departures will be charged for the full stay as booked.
Please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your reservation.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of total reservation. The remaining amount will be charged in the 7 days before arrival. If you have been notified that your credit card was declined, you have 24 hours to contact the B&B and provide a valid credit card to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
Returning guests, military & first responders, doctors, nurses & medical staff, senior citizens & AARP members, AAA members and Flagler College parents qualify for a 10% discount when you book directly through this website or by calling The Saragossa at 904-808-7384. Request for this discount must be made at time of reservation.
DISCOUNTED RESERVATIONS must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made and is non-refundable.
To respect your privacy and provide you with personalized service, your room will not be disturbed during your visit at The Saragossa unless you have specific housekeeping requests.
If you need housekeeping services during your stay, just let us know.
Check-in is between 3-6 pm; Check-out is 11 am.
Our rooms are NON-SMOKING. The use of electronic smoking devices, vaping and the use of candles are strictly prohibited.
Evidence of smoking in your room will result in a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee and termination of your stay without any refund.
Smoking is permitted on decks and porches.
Well Behaved pets are welcome in select rooms at the Saragossa. Prior arrangements are required. Please contact the inn to discuss options.
